Do you need my statements?

When sending the Notice of Demand to your bank, the solicitor must include a list of the fees you are claiming. We cant get statements for you, or access your account. You will need to obtain these yourself or download the transaction history using Internet Banking.

You can download a blank spreadsheet here and enter the list of fees..  Please note we cannot process faxed or printed lists.

If you can’t send in electronic format, or don’t know how to use a spreadsheet,  you have the option to send us COPIES of the statements for us to analyse.  However, there is a fee of $55 for this service.
