After you have registered and as a service to customers who would like the statements you already have, checked for unjust fees paid, you can send the statements to:

We will then transfer this information to the spreadhseet for you.

There is a fee for this service of $55 Inc. GST

If you would like the statements returned the fee is $66 Inc.. GST
