In the course of negotiations between our solicitors and various banks, we have now been formally advised by these banks that any claims processed by Bankbeaters with the bank must include a Letter of Authority authorising our solicitors to deal with the bank on your behalf. and a list of the fees charged.

 These Banks advise they will not deal with our lawyers direct on your behalf unless you authorise the bank to do so in writing.

Therefore, we need a Letter of Authority, for ALL claims, regardless of which bank is involved. Without a Letter of Authority we cannot process your cliam.

After registration you will receive an email which includes a Letter of Authority for you to sign and return.

Please Note:  ANZ in particular, have requested we make it very clear that it is not guaranteeing to refund claims nor is it giving any undertaking to do anything in relation to the same.  ANZ reserves all of its rights in relation to any claim that is made and the mere fact it has requested a formal Letter of Authority regarding any claims should not be construed as being any admission on its part.
