| When sending the Notice of Demand to your bank, the solicitor must include a list of the fees you are claiming. We can't get statements for you, or access your account. You will need to obtain these yourself or download the transaction history using Internet Banking.

If you can’t send in electronic format, or don’t know how to use a spreadsheet, you have the option to send us the statements for us to analyse.Copies would be preferable in case they get lost in the post However, there is a fee of $55 for this service.
It is important that you register in the same name as shown on your bank statements. As proof you are the account holder you will need to provide the solicitor with a single bank statement in the same name that you used to register the claim. This can be uploaded when you register, or sent by post.
